Where are you based and when are you open?
We are on Marians Drive, Ormskirk, West Lancashire (L39 1LG) and are open 7 days a week, 9:00am until 5:00pm.
How much does a detail cost?
Prices depend on your vehicle size (Small, Medium, Large or XL). Maintenance washes start from £70, Deep Cleans from £170 and machine polishing from £350. See the Services page for every package.
What is the difference between a Single Stage and Two Stage polish?
A Single Stage Machine Polish aims to remove 70% to 90% of swirl and scratch marks. A Two Stage Machine Polish uses heavy cutting and refining stages to remove 95%+ of surface swirls and scratches.
Do you offer ceramic coatings and how long do they last?
Yes. Ceramic coatings are available from 1 year up to 10 years, and can be added to polish packages or booked as an add-on. The New Car Protection and Enhancement Detail packages include a 7 Year 10H Performance PPL coating.
What is the Maintenance Program?
A regular clean that keeps your car looking its best, including a safe wash, interior clean and a ceramic topper. Your vehicle must be cleaned every 4 weeks to remain on the programme.
Which package is best for a brand new car?
The New Car Protection Package. It is designed to keep new cars new, with an enhancement polish followed by professional ceramic coating and interior protection.
Can you repair scratches?
Often, yes. Give us a call and we will assess the damage and quote for a repair.
Can you remove pet hair or bad odours?
Yes. Pet hair removal is £15 for light and £30 for heavy, and odour removal using an ozone machine is £40.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Detailer in a Day is a hands-on course for anyone entering the industry or improving their standards. Get in touch for details.
